This Career Code Test is based on the popular Holland Codes, which are widely used in career counseling across the United States and even endorsed by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration.

The IDR-CCT was informed by a scientifically validated instrument for the assessment of vocational interests and aptitudes: The Holland RIASEC Model of Occupational Themes. The IDR-CCT is not associated with any researchers or organizations that contributed to the above psychological tool, or with their affiliated research institutions.
The IDRlabs Career Code Test was informed by Holland and colleagues’ theory of careers and successful vocational life. The purpose of the Holland Career Codes is to explain why individuals are better suited to certain workplaces over others and to offer real-world guidance to help people select jobs that will provide them with the greatest sense of satisfaction. The present career assessment is not intended to provide or replace professional career counselling. IDRlabs International and the present IDRlabs Career Types Test are independent of any of the above researchers, related organizations, or affiliated institutions.
The Career Code Test is based on a psychometrically valid tool for the assessment of this psychological construct. However, free online tests such as this are solely initial considerations of the concept being examined and cannot deliver entirely accurate assessments of your personality or any components of your psychological state.
