Mey-Rin is the Phantomhive maid whose clumsy, thick-spectacled exterior masks a past as a professional sniper with extraordinary telescopic vision. At the manor, she breaks china and trips frequently, providing comic relief while hiding her lethal efficiency. She was recruited by Ciel and Sebastian after a failed assassination attempt, and she now treats her role as a servant as a second chance at life. She is deeply grateful, shy, and self-effacing, harboring an awkward crush on Sebastian. While she struggles with everyday domestic tasks, she becomes hyper-focused and precise in combat, using her skills to protect the household she has come to love.

Sebastian Michaelis

Sebastian Michaelis is a suave, hyper-competent demon butler whose impeccable manners and perfectionism hide a predator’s amorality. Summoned during a moment of profound despair, he contracted to serve flawlessly until his master’s revenge is complete, at which point he will claim the boy’s soul. He is elegant, methodical, and narcissistic about his skills, capable of anything from haute cuisine to mass murder with effortless charm. While he insists he views humans as mere livestock, he displays a strange, quasi-paternal investment in his master’s growth. He personifies transactional loyalty, masking his own predatory desires behind a facade of absolute, professional devotion.

Grell Sutcliff

Grell Sutcliff is a flamboyant, thrill-seeking Grim Reaper who performs her own existence as high drama. First appearing in disguise as a bungling butler, she later reveals herself as a sadistic reaper who treats life and death as a stage for her personal desires. Her obsession with red, her chainsaw-modified death scythe, and her theatrical gender expression define her as someone who refuses to be ignored. Beneath the camp and violence lies a core of loneliness and a desperate yearning for recognition. She embodies the struggle for self-acceptance in a judgmental system, choosing the seductive power of spectacle over the safety of conformity.
