Question 1 of 31
How long have you known about IDRLabs?
BACK NEXT
We made this test in 2026 to decide what to build next on IDRLabs. Before adding anything new, we wanted to ask the people who use the site, so we turned the question into a short test. It has 31 questions. The first 30 are multiple choice and ask what you look for in a test and in the site. The last is an optional box for your own ideas. We read the answers together to choose which features and tests to work on.
The test scores three values. Test Authority is about accuracy: people who score high on it want tests built on real research and checked by experts, with scores they can set against population data. Test Insight is about understanding yourself: high scorers want clearer explanations of what their scores mean, and a way to see how their results change when they retake a test.
Test Community is about other people. High scorers like comparing results with friends and other takers, and would use a public profile, talk with other users or vote on which test we make next.
People come to tests for different reasons, and none of the three values is better than the others. Some want a careful measurement. Some want to learn about themselves. Some want something to talk about with friends. Your result shows which of these matters most to you.
Your result compares you with no one. This test has no norms: the chart shows your own score on each of the three values, as a share of the most you could score on it, and your result is the highest of the three. Several questions, such as how long you have known the site, count toward no value. We use them to understand the answers.
This test is a survey, not a psychological assessment or a measure of personality, and it doesn't diagnose anything. Asking about a feature doesn't mean we will build it. The box at the end is optional and takes up to 1000 characters. What you write is kept with your answers and never shown on the site. Please leave out your name, email and other personal details.
