Derek Powers / Blight is a ruthless corporate executive in Neo-Gotham who views the world as a system to be dominated. Driven by an unyielding desire for power and control, he uses intimidation, corporate sabotage, and strategic cruelty to crush any opposition in his path. Behind his suave, high-society persona lies a volatile temper that flares whenever his authority is challenged. After an industrial accident mutates his body into a glowing radioactive hazard, his desperate struggle to maintain a normal human facade only deepens his rage and erodes his sanity. He demands absolute loyalty from allies while offering none in return, convinced that ethics are merely obstacles for the weak.

Dana Tan

Dana Tan is a grounded high school student who strives to maintain a stable, honest relationship despite constant disruptions. Loyal and emotionally direct, she values clear communication and refuses to let her partner take her dedication for granted. She confronts broken promises immediately rather than suffering in silence, demanding mutual respect whenever distance or secret obligations strain her bond. When physical danger appears, she responds with quick thinking and sudden bravery rather than panicking. Raised inside a criminal family enterprise, she excels at bypassing high-tech security systems while quietly resisting her group's cruelest impulses. She feels constantly torn between misplaced family loyalty and her own moral compass, making her vulnerable to emotional manipulation. Though bad influences repeatedly pull her back into risky heists, her underlying integrity ultimately drives her to break away from toxic demands. Courageous and resilient, she chooses the hard path of honest work, determined to rebuild her life on her own terms.

Max Gibson is a brilliant Neo-Gotham high schooler who becomes the analytical heart and unofficial strategist behind Batman. Driven by sharp curiosity and a keen eye for patterns, she uses her elite hacking and research skills to uncover hidden truths and protect her closest friends. She rejects being a passive spectator, stepping in as a logical planner who pushes hotheaded allies to think before taking action. She balances her desire for recognition with the demands of operating behind the scenes, using her intellect to solve problems others miss.

Inque

Inque is a shape-shifting metahuman mercenary in Neo-Gotham who turns her body into fluid dark matter to infiltrate high-security targets. Raised in extreme poverty, she views financial profit as her absolute priority and approaches every job with pragmatic detachment. She operates on strictly transactional terms, bonding with no cause and abandoning partners the instant they become a liability. Beneath her liquid adaptability and cold demeanor lies a fragile existence threatened by extreme temperatures and chemical solvents. Though she hardens her heart against deep human intimacy to protect herself, trace remnants of maternal regret occasionally surface, revealing that her ruthless self-reliance was forged from desperation.
