Golem

Golem is a physically imposing ex-villain who operates as the quiet, protective anchor of the Phoenix Program. He is a gentle giant who prefers to absorb the impact of a crisis rather than escalate the violence around him. While others on the team react with loud bravado, he offers steady, patient loyalty and non-judgmental support to social outcasts. He is deeply sensitive about being perceived as a mindless monster, causing him to hide his soft nature behind a stony exterior. He struggles to trust authority but commits fully once he sees a genuine path to redemption.

Malevola

Malevola Gibb is a broadsword-wielding half-demoness and recovering villain who serves as the steady anchor for her teammates. She balances a menacing infernal aesthetic with the deep, grounded maturity of a recovery sponsor. Blunt and fiercely protective, she meets conflicts head-on with direct confrontation and has no patience for hypocrisy or corporate metrics. While she presents a harsh, guarded exterior to protect herself from public judgment and media gossip, she quietly shoulders the emotional burdens of those around her. She is motivated by a strict code of loyalty, constantly worrying that if she falters, the vulnerable people depending on her strength will slide backward.

Blonde Blazer

Blonde Blazer is a charismatic and hyper-competent superhero manager who runs her branch with a sharp focus on metrics and performance. She uses leaderboards and firm directives to push her team toward success, yet she genuinely believes in redemption for the misfit heroes under her wing. She confronts issues directly and relies on her institutional authority to maintain order, but she hides a deep fear of failure and intimacy behind her polished, professional exterior. While she demands results and makes tough personnel cuts, she remains fiercely loyal to her people, constantly balancing the cold demands of public relations with her own quiet compassion.

Invisigal

Invisigal is a stealth-oriented hero who hides her deep insecurities behind a mask of playful mischief and sharp banter. Once a villain, she now struggles to find her footing in a system that judges her by her past mistakes and performance metrics. She is impulsive and prone to dangerous errors when excited, yet she possesses a fierce desire to prove she belongs. While she frequently uses humor and flirtation to keep others at a distance, she secretly craves stability and a community that will not abandon her when she stumbles. Sonar

He uses sharp, self-loathing humor to shield himself from the deep shame of his past and the constant fear of relapsing. When stress mounts, he easily spirals into self-doubt, terrified that losing control will cause him to hurt the teammates he has grown to trust. He desperately craves stability and acceptance in a system that constantly judges him by his performance metrics.

Flambae

Flambae is a theatrical and intense former supervillain who masks his deep fear of powerlessness with volatile outbursts and aggressive bravado. Armed with pyrokinesis and flameproof skin, he frequently clashes with authority figures and resists the strict rules of the superhero system. Despite his hot-headed nature and history of reckless insubordination, he harbors a passionate loyalty to his teammates. He is quick to escalate conflicts, yet he will readily throw himself into danger to protect those he considers friends. Beneath his loud, defensive exterior lies a vulnerable protector who uses heat and humor to keep a hostile world at a distance.

Prism

Prism is a light-manipulating hero who serves as the team's vibrant, socially attuned extrovert.
