Cahara adapts easily to new companions, offering reliable practical support while keeping his vulnerabilities hidden behind an easy grin.

Enki Ankarian

Enki Ankarian is an aloof dark priest and occult scholar driven by an unyielding hunger for forbidden knowledge. He values intellect and dark magic far above comfort, conventional morality, or social approval. Although his obsessive studies have left his physical body frail, his sharp mind allows him to analyze extreme danger with cold detachment. Enki tends to isolate himself from others, hiding his inner vulnerabilities and self-doubt behind sharp cynicism and intellectual superiority. He prefers solitary research to teamwork and views the unknown as a puzzle to master rather than something to fear. For Enki, understanding the deepest truths of the world matters more than belonging in it.

D'arce

D'arce is a disciplined knight whose unwavering loyalty gives her a clear sense of purpose. Trained in combat from an early age, she faces terrifying obstacles with strict self-discipline and martial courage. She enters the darkest depths not for wealth or forbidden knowledge, but out of absolute dedication to the leader she serves. Her deepest struggle lies in the gap between dutiful devotion and independent judgment. She relies on structure and honor to navigate chaos, yet her steadfast faith makes her reluctant to question the cause she champions. For D'arce, serving a noble mission provides meaning, even when that loyalty demands immense personal sacrifice.

Abella

Abella is a resourceful mechanic and underground organizer who protects others through practical ingenuity. She meets crisis with hands-on problem-solving, crafting makeshift tools and repairing machinery to keep her companions safe. Her core drive is solidarity, favoring equal cooperation over rigid hierarchy or abusive control. While naturally warm and approachable, she does not hesitate to use decisive physical force when someone is threatened. Her central contradiction lies in balancing her instinct to heal and build with the violent demands of survival. She refuses to become a disposable tool of corrupt systems, choosing instead to dedicate her strength to defending everyday people.

Marina

Marina is an independent occultist and scholar who uses unconventional magic to carve out her own identity far away from inherited family dogma. Having returned to Prehevil after studying abroad, she approaches the supernatural with curiosity and creative experimentation rather than blind fear or rigid orthodoxy. Beneath her sardonic wit and playful banter lies a perceptive observer who maintains a careful distance from others to protect her autonomy. Marina rejects oppressive traditions and religious authority, yet she remains deeply shaped by the past she actively resists. She navigates crisis by staying adaptable, defying expectations, and relying on her own hard-won knowledge.

Ragnvaldr

Ragnvaldr is a relentless outlander and hardened survivor who channels profound personal loss into an unyielding quest for retribution. Shaped by the harsh northern wilderness, he confronts danger directly and values practical action far above theoretical debate or empty promises. He possesses little patience for corrupt institutions, cryptic prophecies, or self-important leaders, judging others solely by their deeds under pressure. Although his grim demeanor and fierce self-reliance keep him somewhat isolated, he harbors an instinctive protectiveness toward vulnerable companions. His greatest challenge is that his pursuit of justice risks consuming him completely, leaving little room to imagine life beyond the fight.

O'saa

O'saa is an aloof Yellow Mage who seeks forbidden occult power entirely on his own terms. He rejects orthodox religion and social dogmas with sharp, dry sarcasm, preferring personal mastery over subservience to distant gods or institutions. Daan

Daan is a weary medical doctor who navigates horror with clinical detachment and sharp, dry wit. Driven by an unresolved past and the loss of his wife, he searches for rational explanations behind inexplicable tragedies. He handles danger by diagnosing problems, studying physical evidence, and offering practical medical aid to those around him. Beneath his cynical exterior and guarded demeanor lies a genuine capacity for care, though he struggles to process his own grief without intellectualizing it. Daan prefers concrete solutions over sentimental comfort, maintaining an emotional distance to protect himself from despair when some wounds simply refuse to heal.
