怒りの覚醒
怒りの覚醒とは、人の怒りの反応の頻度、大きさ、持続時間を意味します。怒りの覚醒のスコアが高い人は、正常な状態から怒りの状態にすぐに移行します。彼らの怒りには感情が伴うのが普通で、自分自身の怒りやそれに伴う身体的な感覚に打ちのめされると感じることもあります。
怒りの領域
怒りの領域とは、その人に怒りの反応を引き起こす可能性のある状況の範囲と幅のことです。この面のスコアが高い人にとって、フラストレーションが怒りに変わる状況はさまざまです。この範囲は、その人を怒らせる可能性のあるさまざまな状況を示すだけで、（「怒りの覚醒」 が示す）その人の怒りの強さや大きさを示すことに注意してください。
敵対的な物の見方
敵対的な物の見方のスコアが高い人は、世界を皮肉的に、疑い深く見ています。他人に悪意があると思い込みやすく、他人はうそをつき、自分の利益を一番に考えていないと思い込む傾向があります。敵対的な物の見方を特徴とする人は、通常、広範囲な怒りの認知を経験しますが、必ずしも怒りの感情を経験するわけではありません。
外面的な怒り
外面的な怒りとは、自分の怒りを周囲にぶつける傾向を指します。このタイプの怒りは他人から見ても明らかなので、外面的な怒りのスコアが高い人は、通常、周囲の人に短気だと知られています。外面的に怒りを発散する傾向があるため、ほかの人がこの人に従ったり、この人を受け入れたりすることもありますが、逆にほかの人が身を引いたり、距離を置いたりすることもあります。
内面的な怒り
内面的な怒りとは、自分の怒りを周囲に知らせず内面にとどめる傾向を指します。内面的な怒りのスコアが高い人は、怒りを表現することに罪悪感を覚えがちです。同時に、怒りを表現できないことに対して自分自身を心の中で非難することもあります。その結果、人間関係の中で、適度な境界線を引くことが苦手になりがちです。
合計スコア
あなたの友人の合計スコアは、怒りに対する彼らの総合的な傾向と感受性を示しています。スコアが高いほど、怒りの問題が大きいことを示します。
