Skinner

Skinner is the domineering head chef of Gusteau's who relies on rigid authority and constant suspicion to protect his position. He claims to defend a prestigious culinary legacy, yet he actively cheapens it by chasing quick commercial profits through frozen food lines. Deeply insecure about his status, he assumes his staff is plotting to undermine him and responds to uncertainty with micromanagement, interrogation, and strict hierarchy. When unexpected rivals appear, he leans heavily on his formal power to suppress them. Skinner prioritizes personal leverage over genuine craft, confusing control with leadership as he fights desperately to keep anyone else from rising.
