Kusuo Saiki is an overpowered, deadpan psychic who longs to be completely average and left alone. He possesses telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation, yet he deliberately keeps his grades and social presence painfully mid to avoid unwanted attention. He rarely speaks aloud, preferring to communicate through telepathy while maintaining a detached, cynical internal monologue. Despite his desire for anonymity, he is a reluctant hero who quietly uses his immense powers to fix his classmates' messes and prevent global disasters. He fears his own strength and the potential to hurt others, but he eventually learns to accept his chaotic, colorful life among his eccentric friends.
