Though she is gentle and avoids direct confrontation, she possesses a stubborn ambition to improve her craft. Her biggest struggle is her low self-esteem, which often makes her internalize criticism and blame herself for mistakes. When overwhelmed, she tends to withdraw and cry in private, leaning on close friends like Aoi. However, she always returns to her desk, resolved to master her drawings line by line. Over time, she learns to set boundaries and confidently mentor junior animators.

She compartmentalizes her own pain, setting aside major personal crises to fulfill her professional duties without ever asking for sympathy. She balances logic and intuition to solve production disasters, refusing to let her own vulnerability show while ensuring everyone else succeeds.

Shizuka Sakaki

Shizuka Sakaki is a struggling voice actor who works survival jobs while chasing her dream. She maintains a calm, composed exterior to hide her deep fear of being left behind by her successful friends. Although she puts on a brave face, she struggles with feeling isolated and overlooked. While she is boisterous and straightforward with her close friends, she can be quiet and self-doubting when facing career anxiety. She ultimately chooses artistic impact over safety.

Seiichi Kinoshita
