Henchman 21 is the fanboy-turned-soldier who transforms from a bumbling, pop-culture-obsessed goon into a surprisingly capable operative. After the tragic loss of his best friend, he channels his grief into rigorous self-improvement, evolving from a side character into a tactical force who earns the respect of even the most hardened veterans. He remains defined by his deep loyalty to the Monarch and his tendency to view reality through the lens of the stories he loves. Though he struggles with imposter syndrome and the moral weight of his work, he consistently chooses his chosen family over individual glory or professional status.
