Legoshi is a tall gray wolf who serves as the series protagonist, embodying the archetypal gentle monster. He is defined by his deep introspection, empathy, and a constant struggle to reconcile his predatory instincts with his moral conscience. While he appears timid and conflict-averse, he possesses a stubborn will that drives him to protect those he cares about, often at great personal risk.
