Ranking of Kings Test

Daida is a proud and gifted prince who struggles with the intense pressure of high expectations. He initially seeks to prove his worth through dominance and harsh rule, believing that strength is the only measure of a true king. This desire for validation makes him vulnerable to manipulation, leading him to make grave mistakes and push away those who care about him. However, his journey forces him to experience helplessness and witness the consequences of his arrogance. Through this painful isolation, he learns true humility and empathy. He ultimately rejects his former ruthlessness, choosing to rebuild his relationships and lead with a gentler, protective spirit.

Hiling

Hiling is a fierce queen and protective stepmother who hides her deep warmth behind a strict, demanding exterior. Driven by an intense desire to keep her family safe, she often makes harsh political decisions and scolds those she loves in public to shield them from danger. This sharp demeanor contradicts her immense capacity for self-sacrifice, as she routinely drains her own life force using healing magic to mend others' wounds. While her anxiety can make her overbearing and controlling, she possesses the rare humility to admit when she is wrong. She fiercely confronts external threats head-on, proving that her sharp tongue is merely armor for an incredibly devoted heart.

Kage

Kage is a cynical survivor and the last member of a persecuted shadow clan who hides a deeply loyal heart behind a sarcastic, streetwise exterior. Having endured years of exploitation and loss, he initially relies on petty theft and underhanded tactics to get by in a hostile world. He remains highly suspicious of powerful institutions and authority figures. However, his life changes when he forms an unbreakable bond with a vulnerable friend. Ouken

Ouken is a cursed immortal knight who exists as a tragic shadow of his former gentle self. Instead of trying to force his students into traditional molds, he teaches them to turn their unique traits into unmatched strengths. Beneath his playful vanity and love for money lies a deeply loyal brother carrying immense grief over a family curse. He uses dramatic humor to cope with tragedy while quietly dedicating his life to saving the people he loves.

Bosse

Bosse is a legendary giant king who traded his firstborn son's physical strength to a demon in exchange for unmatched power. Despite his status as a heroic founder, he is defined by a tragic contradiction between his pursuit of absolute might and his deep, paralyzing guilt.
